The Springs

Husband/wife duo, and Alabama natives, The Springs are hosting this fundraising event to benefit Alabamians facing food insecurity due to the COVID pandemic and recession. The money raised will allow the Food Bank of North Alabama to help thousands who need extra help during the holiday season.
The Springs are joined by Yellowhammer State artists Marty Raybon of Shenandoah, Ty Herndon, Tiera, and Glen Templeton.
About The Food Bank of North Alabama
In 1984 a small group of committed volunteers started the Food Bank of North Alabama by borrowing a desk from the Huntsville Madison County Senior Center and making calls to local farmers. In our early years, we focused exclusively on feeding neighbors in need but the number of residents who could not afford to buy enough food to eat only increased. So, we broadened our aim and now take a two-pronged approach to solving hunger. We feed the hungry today AND create solutions that will end hunger tomorrow.
We accomplish this mission by supplying 8.9 million pounds of food a year to a network of over 250 food pantries, shelters and children’s programs in 11 counties of North Alabama. Together we feed over 80,000 people at risk of hunger annually. We also address hunger’s root causes through broad-scale collaborations and local food initiatives that foster entrepreneurship and healthy food access across our region.Visit Site
